In a culture that is primarily oriented towards mental and verbal processing and communication, we help foster awareness in the subtleties and sensations of the body, re-learning the language of our entire being so that we may become the conscious healers of our own inner and outer landscapes. For healing and growth to be deep, meaningful and enduring, all aspects of our being must be engaged, where psyche and soma are intrinsically linked and consciousness can be grounded into living reality.
